The Auxiliary Division Chief - Web Services (DVC-IW) must be notified of the existence and address (URL) of all Auxiliary sites. Those sites which meet the requirements set forth by the National "I" Department shall be designated  "Authorized Auxiliary Web sites". This on-line form may be used to fulfill the notification requirement, and to request an "I" department evaluation.
